The information gathered to make your appointment is only used by me to manage your appointment, including confirmation emails and reminder texts (if selected). Your information so gathered will not be used for any other purpose, including my newsletter, and will not be passed on to any third parties.

The information gathered for a gift certificate order is only used by me to arrange collection or dispatch of your certificate. Your information so gathered will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be passed on to any third parties. You will only be signed up for my newsletter, if you agree to be.

If you wish to receive a newsletter of events and courses then please use the signup form in the footer of the website. You will be able to cancel this newsletter at any time by emailing enquiries@lesleycarver.co.uk.

Online appointment policy

If you request an appointment with me using the online booking form, I will confirm your request by an automated email. 

You may change or cancel your appointment, up to 48 hours before by phone.  Cancellations carry a £10 charge

You may still book an appointment over the phone.

Cancellation policy

A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment.  If 48 hours notice has not been given, full payment for the appointment will be required.   Please call me directly to cancel.

Refunds

Refunds for payments made via PayPal /Stripe will now carry the appropriate service fee imposed by PayPal as these can no longer be reclaimed by the company.  In total there is now a £10 cancellation charge

Payment policy

Payments for appointments may be made in cash on the day or via PayPal in advance. When making PayPal payments please use the notes feature to let me know which appointment you are paying for.

Online bookings require full payment ath time of booking.

Party/group bookings require a deposit of £50 via PayPal. The balance can be made in cash on the day.

Unfortunately, cheque payment is no longer accepted.

Courses

No refunds will be given if you have registered and paid to attend a course.  If you wish to transfer to another course or course date, a minimum of 12 weeks notice will be required. Please contact enquiries@lesleycarver.co.uk if you are unable to attend for any reason. Lesley reserves the right to cancel any course if attendees are less than 10 

Recordings of Readings

Due to the high volume of issues with Data Protection Lesley no longer offers this service.  Please feel free to bring your own devices with you if you wish to record your Reading
